One Daily Practice You Can’t Live Without

I've been doing something every day this year before I go to bed that is making a noticeable difference. This practice is helping to calm my inner world and create greater joy in spite of storms and challenging circumstances.

The practice I’m talking about is to take a few minutes at the end of every day and write down what I’m thankful for. I share a few of those items from my One Line a Day journal and even as I shot the video, I felt joy rise up within me.

Reflect

What are three things you’re thankful for today? Is there someone you can share one of those things with to encourage them on their journey?
