The Value of Reflecting on Your Life

Socrates once said, "The unexamined life is not worth living."

I've decided to make my life worth living by reflecting on the past two years and pick out a few of the lessons that stand out.

In this video I share some of the life changing lessons I've picked up as I've dealt with loss, change, and watched how people have reacted to everything going on.

Send me a message and let me know the lessons you've learned as you reflect on your past two years.
